As the title says, my bf (37 y/o) told me recently that it’s been a hot fantasy of his to be castrated. He asked if I would dress up in a slutty nurse fit, then remove his testicles. As an ER technician by trade, I have some experience with local anesthesia and scalpels. But I’m still nervous. I’m not opposed, but def would be nervous about messing up and doing irreversible permanent damage that he didn’t consent to. 

We don’t have the funds to travel to Mexico so that’s not an option. What do you all recommend I should do/say?
