The time has come for the annual family gathering for the Woodham family.

Every year, since the middle 1700s, the Woodham family had tradition in which the Male heir had their testicles cut off; as their family were run within the matriarch.

James had saved up some of his last remaining sperm by not ejaculating for the last two weeks, and it is time for him to go up the stage for his annual ceremony.

Everyone gasp as James pulls his boxer down to reveal his massive manly cock and balls.

Brenda, James' grandmother, head of the Woodham family; head up the stage and began jerking off her beloved grandson massive genital.

He moans in excitement and not long after, he spurts his load into a cup of which his mother, Jillian had prepared in front of him.

The procedure was repeated for at least 3 times before they finally goes with the procedure.

Everyone was ecstatic. James however, are having the hardest erection he had ever had, despite the situation.

Some of the women, including James' twin sister started to rub their genitals. Some of them men, started going down on their respective partner.

As Brenda sliced open her grandson's left testicles, James moans. She showed the audience her grandson's left testicles in the air.

She did the same thing on the right testicles. But just as she cuts off her grandson's testicles cord, right there and right there, he spurts his last ejaculation, and his penis then began to shrink as Brenda sewed his testicles.

Maya, James' sister, hadn't realized that by the time her twin brother shot his last ejaculation, she had already put 2 fingers in her anus, and 4 fingers in her vagina. It was so hot that she didn't even realized how wet and loose her vagina had become.

That night, the family puts James' testicles in the family altar. Alongside the other testicles that had been preserved along with history.

That night, Maya couldn't stop masturbating. The twin brother that she grew up with, will never be same. Starting tomorrow and the day after, her brother will start his life as a nut less eunuch, unable to reach orgasm like the common man.

The thought of it made her horny. Thus she spent the entire night, wetting herself to bed with her endless masturbation and squirting.
