My sub bf of 12 years has approached me w/ the idea of removing his testicles. My vision is to, tell him to strip naked, in front of me, then spread his legs on my gyno exam table. I’ll place a blindfold over his eyes and change into my naughty nurse fit. White stilettos, tights, short white latex dress and a mask. At this point I’ll take off his blindfold to surprise him. 

Next will be binding his limbs so he can’t resist during surgery. Once complete, I’ll glove up and prepare lidocaine for a local anesthetic. I’ll tell him he will feel just a pinch at the base of his scrotum but won’t feel anything after. Next I’ll pick up my scalpel and begin making a single incision down his taint. Carefully one by one, each testicle will be removed and veins properly cauterized. He will receive several sutures and be on bed rest until his wound heals. I’ll keep his nuts in a sterile jar of solution on the shelf just as a reminder who’s in charge now.
