The package comes in the mail. You open it right away. It's not much to look at, a small box that plugs into the wall. An on/off switch and a dial. And a set of probes on long wires. The ends of the probes are needle sharp and shiny. The shafts are coated in a slippery (but extremely thin) insulated material.  
The instructions are simple: insert the probes through the scrotum into the testicle, with the two probes as far apart as possible. Ensure the shiny part is fully imbedded in the testicle. Then with dial at 0, turn the device on. Start turning up the dial. As you do, you will start to feel a tingling, then heat. Turn it up as high as you can tolerate.  
Leave the box on until you don't feel anything further. Congratulations, you are half way to being a eunuch!  
Repeat on the other testicle.
