Since then I have had a strong desire to be a eunuch, to have the remaining ball removed. I feel like it needs to go away. I feel like my scrotum I want to be empty. I feel like I am half-castrated now with only one ball, and I want it to go away. Honestly, I would love an empty scrotum with nothing in it. I feel like I am a semi-castrate now, and it would be better to be a 100% castrate.
