In the future it is expected that men/husbands get neutered. The story revolves around a wife asking her husband to get castrated and he is dragging his feet. They have already had kids and everyone elses husband has already done it. Even the wifes mother can't believe the husband isn't castrated yet. At the mother's suggestion she says, " if your husband is still dragging his feet make it a ceremony. Throw a party. Men love spectacles. Give him a party, maybe one last cum, and then snip snip." So the wife then throws a party for the reluctant husband, but he agrees. I believe there is humiliation, one last time having sex, one last time Cumming (maybe not), and then snip snip. If anyone knows please let me know.
