Tinies - You’re an employee perpetually late, shirking your responsibilities and just completely unreliable and your manager has dragged you into their office (m or f at your discretion) and they’re giving you a real ‘talking too’ and you start to worry you may actually be fired when you start to shrink, right in front of your very annoyed manager, in the privacy of their office, stranded on a giant swivel chair. What are you going to do?
Bigs - As above but you are the manager, this frustrating employee (m or f at your discretion) has just shrunk to the size of a bug right in front of you. You were planning to fire them and it was all authorised, you have free rein. What are you gonna do with your newly tiny insubordinate?
