There is this guy going around offering women if they can survive getting kicked in the balls, they'd get $100. And what do most women reply? "I don't have balls".

Granted, the videos look scripted, they're not actually candid street interviews. But the inclusion of that slight BBPE verbal shows that the recognition of "balls are weak" and "women are glad they don't have balls" is on the rise.
I also don't know how accurate the simulator is. In the first video, a kick by a high school girl will absolutely drop any man, but that girl just sorta took it. Do women have naturally higher pain tolerance? Is that why women always think guys are being dramatic about nutshots?
Oh and in two of the video the girls slap the guy in the nuts soooo gently and yet he drops on the floor both times.
