I'm not quite in the market for it yet, but at some point, I'm hoping to get a multicooker.
I understand the value of having a pressure cooker, since it makes cooking beans or whole grains a lot faster. However, I also need mine to slow cook well, since I like to make cholent relatively often, and due to the rules of Shabbat, I would have to slow cook it, and not pressure cook it.
I know multicookers are known for not slow cooking well, and it feels kind of stupid to me to have a separate slow cooker that would only be used for one dish, and also a pressure cooker that I'd use for most other things.
Any recommendations? It doesn't have to be the Instant Pot brand, but it could be.
